MBA530-CBE: Health Care Financial Management
Healthcare financial management presents unique challenges not found in other industries. This course addresses both the financial management challenges and best practice solutions in this rapidly growing industry. We will review the most commonly used tools, processes, and techniques used by financial managers in a healthcare environment. This course includes examples from a variety of healthcare providers including HMOs, hospitals, physician practices, home health agencies, nursing units, surgical centers, and integrated healthcare systems.
